With easy accessibility to the water, Miami is an excellent location for a world class boat show. Every year Miami witnesses the Miami International Boat Show; its full name is the Miami International Boat Show and Strictly Sail and with events for the show taking place at various venues. A free shuttle bus links the venues, making it easy to move between the different locations.
One of the venues of this show is the Miami Beach Convention Center, where boating accessories, electronics and an enormous range of boats of all kinds take up more than a million square feet of space. The Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center, the venue for ‘Strictly Sail’, and the Mia Marina at Bayside are packed with interesting events and 
displays. A park and ride facility is available at the American Airlines Arena.
Interesting workshops and seminars also form a part of the Miami International Boat Show and Strictly Sail event. These deal with different aspects of life at sea, and are very useful for those who spend a lot of time in water.
